is a unique database of all professional and private contacts
that offer or are aware of or own UK property valued at
circa £500,000
and above.
The database is fully searchable by
value (in £s),
by regions (down to
individual street & postcode level) and by property
type (e.g. land, country house, farm, equestrian, waterside
property).
The database contains over 2000 estate agents operating
in the UK Country House market and over 1250 estate agents
operating in London.
By way of value, the database contains over £1billion
of confidentially available off market property.
We are however only able to contact property owners in this
database where they have provided their email address -
reason being that it is only economic to email them as our
the fee we charge (£499

isn't sufficient to cover the cost
of a letter mailing service (i.e. the costs of stationery,
handling and postage costs would cost alot
more than our fee!).
